Delivery Policy
Free National Delivery
All orders delivered within South Africa qualify for free delivery if the total order value exceeds R1000.
A flat delivery fee of R80 will apply to orders under R1000.
Note: This applies to most urban areas within South Africa. Please refer to “Outlying Areas” for exceptions.
National Delivery Information
We use a door-to-door courier service with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days (from dispatch). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.
Please ensure your delivery address is one where someone will be available to accept the order. If you are not available, a designated person can accept it on your behalf.
Outlying Areas
If you are located in a rural or outlying area not regularly serviced by courier companies, your order may be delivered via the South African Post Office.
Please ensure that you provide specific postal details (including the nearest Post Office number) when placing your order. Delivery to outlying areas may take up to 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
In certain cases, a courier company may deliver to remote locations, but these deliveries may be limited to specific days of the week.
Dispatch and Delivery Timeline
Our standard dispatch and delivery timeframes are as follows:
- EFT Payments:
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment has cleared.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, or up to 7–10 working days for outlying areas. - PayFast Payments:
Orders are dispatched the next working day after payment is received.
Delivery is usually completed within 3–5 working days, or 7–10 working days for outlying areas.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Important: If two orders are placed within a short period (e.g., within 3–5 working days), we may consolidate them into a single shipment where possible.
Using Your Own Courier
If you prefer to use your own courier service, please select the “Use my own courier” option at checkout.
Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll notify you with the relevant details (including our warehouse address and collection timeframes).
Please ensure your courier is scheduled to collect within 5 working days of notification. Sheraton Textiles cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss once the order has been collected by your chosen courier.
International Shipping
Please contact us at online@sheratontextiles.co.za for a custom shipping quote.
Please note:
- International delivery is not eligible for free shipping
- Delivery fees will be calculated based on destination, parcel size, and weight
- All costs are for the buyer’s account, finalized at checkout or confirmed via email
Standard delivery times and conditions do not apply outside of South Africa.
Order Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant delivery details.
To track your order, email online@sheratontextiles.co.za with your order number, and we will assist you with an update.
Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, before signing, we advise that you:
- Inspect the package for any visible damage or tampering
- Retain your delivery receipt as proof of receipt
- Report any defects, missing items, or concerns within 48 hours by emailing online@sheratontextiles.co.za
Missed Delivery
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule. Sheraton Textiles is not liable for delays resulting from missed delivery attempts or incomplete/incorrect delivery information.
Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- War, riots, civil unrest
- Natural disasters (fire, flood, drought)
- Labour disputes, strikes, or lockouts
- Power outages, network failures, or disruptions in supply chains
