Product availability is not guaranteed. While we aim for accurate visual representation, product colours may vary due to screen settings.

Pricing & Errors
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are valid within South Africa. We reserve the right not to process any order with material pricing or description errors.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please send items to:

Return courier fees are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

Defective Goods
If an item is defective within 6 months of purchase, we will repair, replace, or refund it. Claims beyond 6 months will be reviewed case-by-case and are subject to manufacturer policies.

Payment Options
We accept payments via PayFast and EFT. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds are available.

6. Delivery Policy

• Lead Time: 3–5 working days for major cities; up to 7 days for outlying areas.
• Free Delivery: Applies to orders over R800.
• Courier Partners: We use reliable third-party couriers. Sheraton Textiles is not liable for delays or service issues caused by them.
• Delivery Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
• Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt to reschedule.

7. Order Management

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled via your online account under “View Order” up to one working day before dispatch. Later cancellations may incur delivery charges.

Risk & Ownership
Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership transfers only once payment has been received in full.
